Prepregs

Pre-impregnated reinforcement for precision, strength, and lightweight composite structures

What we offer

Portfolio at a Glance

Danutec delivers advanced, proven prepreg solutions for a wide range of industries – covering everything from large, low-temperature curing components to fast snap-curing systems, high-impact structures, and high-temperature composites. Our solvent-free epoxy matrices are engineered for compression molding, vacuum bagging, and autoclave processing, with bio-based options to support sustainability goals.

The portfolio includes traditional epoxy prepregs in Glass, Carbon, Flax, Aramid, and more – available in woven and non-crimp fabrics (48-2000 gsm). Complementing these are Carbon (HS, IM, HM, UHM) and Glass UD tapes, offered in areal weights from 90 to 1200 gsm for demanding applications.

Across wind energy, automotive, marine, and recreational sectors, Danutec ensures flexibility, high performance, and a reduced carbon footprint.
